Return Eligibility & Time Window
We support a 60-day return policy for all purchased products starting from the day customers receive their orders. Unopened, unused and intact products with original packaging are eligible for return application. For products with quality problems, we also accept return requests within the valid return window regardless of packaging status.
Return Application Process
All return requests must be submitted through our official Contact page. Please provide your order number and relevant product pictures when applying for returns. Our customer service team will review your return application within regular working hours and send detailed return instructions after approval.
Refund Processing Period
After we receive and inspect your returned items completely, the official refund procedure will be initiated. All approved refunds will be completed and returned to your original payment account within 5 to 10 working days. The actual arrival time of funds depends on the processing rules of your bank or payment platform.
Fee Explanation for Returns
We cover all return-related logistics fees for eligible returns. Customers will not bear any extra fees during the return and refund process.
